 Mike Cotter has had the sea in his blood all his life and has been JSCA’s General Manager since 1988. Mike enjoys windsurfing, sailing his International 470 and paddling his canoe. |

 Andrei has been an active member of the JSCA since 1990. He has volunteered his time with the Rescue Team and served on the Board of Directors before becoming the Assistant GM. He enjoys paddling his kayak with his family.

 From broken dollies to leaky roofs, Steve is your man. He joined the Jericho team in 2011. His duties include overseeing the the cleaning staff, repair and maintenance of the Jericho equipment and the Jericho buildings and compound.

 Holly can be found amidst a pile of papers, busying herself with all the administrative aspects of the Jericho Sailing Centre. When not in the Jericho office Holly can often be found down the hall performing the same administrative miracles for Mac Sailing.

Adriana spends most of her time organizing the Jericho office, but don’t be surprised if you find her gardening or rescuing you! She will laminate you a sign, check your spelling, and tell you knock-knock or nautical-themed jokes upon request.

 Kelly has been a JSCA member since birth and enjoys sailing catamarans on her days off. She can often be seen on the rescue boat and putting her first aid skills to use onshore.

 Ross is Jericho’s longest standing employee and has been working down here for 25 years as of 2011. He would also like you to know that water is wet!
