Chris Ronald’s “keenly luxuriant voice and immaculate songcraft” (The Georgia Straight) have gained him a passionately loyal following around the world. Songs from Chris’ third album, Timeline, have reached the finals of the coveted Kerrville New Folk contest in Texas and won him a nomination for “Songwriter of the Year” at the Canadian Folk Music Awards. Chris emigrated from England to Canada in 2002, and his music has been described as a meeting of British roots with North American folk. In live performance, Chris draws on his abilities as a highly skilled singer, storyteller and musician to deliver a captivating show.With musical dexterity and soulful harmonies, the Arntzens will sing their way into your heart. Original compositions, jazz, blues, and folk favorites are all part of their bag of tricks. Led by Georgina Arntzen on vocals and mandolin, with husband Tom on vocals and guitar, and their son Arnt on banjo and vocals, this clan of musicians is sure to get you singing, grinning, and toe-tapping.
