The Jericho Folk Club Presents Rika Ruebsaat & Jon Bartlett on Tuesday May 10

For almost forty years  Jon Bartlett and Rika Ruebsaat have been  singing songs made by working people, the prospectors, miners, loggers and settlers of early BC.  Their published works include 7 CDs and a book of homespun poetry: Dead Horse on the Tulameen: Settler Verse from BC’s Similkameen Valley. Their most recent CD is “Now It’s Called Princeton: Songs and Poems from the Upper Similkameen.”  The founders of the annual Princeton Traditional Music Festival, Jon & Rika have been involved in every aspect of folk music – singing, collecting, publishing, educating, producing radio programs, and organizing folk music societies. ruebsaat
