The team relies on the collective knowledge and experience of its members to provide operational support and safety coverage for our 80+ event days throughout the year and to help members when things go wrong. Our motto is: “members helping members” and we do it while having fun along the way. The course involves both classroom and practical on-water elements with our two rigid hull inflatable rescue boats\, our aluminum work boat\, and our race management catamaran. Mandatory first aid training and VHF certification on subsequent dates are also provided. Applicants must obtain their Pleasure Craft Operator Card independently. If you are interested in taking the course feel free to give us a call at 604.224.4177 or stop by for a chat.
