Some of our clubs will even be offering short sailing experiences in their dinghies. \nSee our facilities and try a kayak\, surfski\, windsurfing\, SUP\, skimboarding\, canoeing or sailing lesson or rental from one of our schools – no membership necessary. \nLearn about our regular weekly sail and paddle racing programs\, social paddles\, seminars and more. Witness our rescue team perform rescue demonstrations in the waters in front of the Centre. \nMembers are encouraged to sail\, row or paddle past our President aboard the Albatross at 1330H. We will also be looking at alternate scoring systems for our Penguin Cup\, Tuesday and Sunday sail racing series. We encourage representatives from all of our racing fleets and groups both paddle and sail to attend. \nA working group has been examining alternate scoring systems for our sailing series since January. Richard Spencer has modeled a few scoring system options at jracing.org and will be introducing the different models at the meeting. Please take the time to visit jracing.org to see how these work for yourself. This potential change will have a significant impact on how racing is scored and how we determine series winners going forward. \nThis meeting will be held virtually on Zoom.
