DESCRIPTION:Get ready for some fun\, action packed paddleboard (SUP & prone) racing on the beautiful ocean beaches in picturesque Vancouver\, British Columbia\, Canada. \nChallenge yourself against the top riders in the 5km distance and 2km course race\, plus the new recreational inflatable category! \nThe Overall Champion of the Vancouver SUP Challenge is the combined placing of the 5km distance and 2km course race. \nThe Schedule\n\n1:00pm – Late Registration & Check In\n2:00pm – 5k Distance Race (leash + PFD required as it could be windy)\n2:45pm – Musical interlude (The Swagmen)\n4:00pm – 2k SUP Technical Race\n5:00pm – 3 person X 500 Relay\n7:00pm – LOGBALL World Championships and Awards\n\nImportant Notes\n\nEvent participants must wear PFD/Lifejacket.\nLate registration closes a half hour before race start time.\nOverall SUP Champion: Male and Female is the combination of your best placing in 5k Distance Race & 2k Technical Race.\nIf you are registering on the day please bring cash only on the beach.\nFood available to buy at The Galley.\nWashrooms at the Jericho Sailing Center or on road behind beach.\nPay parking at Jericho 1300 Discovery or free east of Locarno Beach.\nPlease bring your own water bottle.\n\nMore information at: supchallenge.ca
